Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept requests for returns or exchanges once the item has been received, owing to hygiene reasons.
We provide Islandwide delivery! Flat rate of $9, or free for orders above S$90. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Local deliveries will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
We also provide free pickup from our Novelty Techpoint Store. We will inform you once the order is ready for collection from our store.
For select countries, we are offering delivery using SpeedPost Priority and Express services (EMS). Delivery fees vary by weight, and may be subject to your local taxes, import duties, labelling or quarantine regulations. Check SpeedPost to see their rates.
Please contact your local customs office to find out more about what customs, quarantine and taxation policies are in place before ordering, as these vary from country to country. Our shipping costs do not include customs clearance charges or import duties and these might come as an additional cost.
